Due to ongoing success, we are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team.

We welcome applicants from both main contractor and specialist subcontractor backgrounds. Experience in fire protection is not essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial delivery of projects, working closely with our Commercial Manager and wider project teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing applications for payment
- Producing cost reports and forecasts
- Supporting the commercial management of multiple projects
- Providing office-based support to project delivery teams
What You’ll Bring
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor or specialist subcontractor environment
- Strong commercial awareness and management experience
- Good understanding of cost reporting and forecasting processes
Personal Attributes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving high standards
- Ability to build effective working relationships and support colleagues
